Fees Structure:

All conference fees are in Canadian dollars, GST included. Student registration is available to full-time and part-time students. The seniors’ rate is available to those aged 65 years or older. You may be asked for proof of status when you check-in to get your badge and conference materials in Vancouver.

Full conference registration fee includes reception on March 26, lunch and 2 coffee breaks on March 27 and 28.

• Half Day Site Visit #2 - March 26, 1:30 PM - $35
• Half Day Site Visit #3 - March 29, 8:30 AM - $35
• ISG Master Class (Masters and PhD students, Post-Doctoral fellows, and early career professionals registered for the conference) – March 26 and 29 - $150
  

Gala dinner on Saturday, March 28 - Location To Be Announced (TBA) - $85

Register in Vancouver

You can also register in-person at the conference venue, Simon Fraser University's downtown campus. The registration facilities will be open:

• Thursday, March 26, 2026: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Friday, March 27, 2026: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday, March 28, 2026: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Register Early

ISG2026 encourages you to register before coming to Vancouver. Pre-conference registration not only helps the ISG2026 Secretariat to plan, but it also saves you money. 

On January 16, 2026, and February 16, 2026, the registration fees go up.

Cancellation or Substitute Delegate

Registration cancellations must be received, in writing, by 11:59 PM PST, March 23, 2026. There will be no refunds after this date. A processing fee of $50 will be charged for all cancellations. Substitute delegates are welcome.

Check-in Details

Pick up your badge and conference materials at the registration desk on the main floor of Simon Fraser University's downtown Vancouver campus, located at 515 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC, V6B 5K3

A valid badge is required for entry into all conference sessions, for entry into the Exhibit Hall and for admission to the opening reception.

ISG Membership

For your convenience, ISG Membership fees can be paid with this registration form to qualify for the reduced conference rate. ISG Membership is valid for two calendar years and includes reduced fees to all ISG events and access to the members-only portion of the ISG website. UNBC Conference and Event Services does not administer memberships, activities, and/or benefits. Membership Rates:

• For high-income countries, Full Membership is $160, and Student Membership is $45 for two calendar years.
• For low-income countries, Full Membership is $45, and Student Membership is $10.
